By accessing and using Haumly's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using Haumly's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Haumly provides an online platform connecting property seekers with verified agents and listings in Rwanda. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service.
3. Agent Verification
While we verify agents who list on our platform, Haumly does not guarantee the accuracy of all listing information. We strongly recommend conducting due diligence before any property transaction. Always verify property ownership and details independently.
4. Privacy & Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services and is never sold to third parties.
5. Listing Accuracy
Property listings are provided by agents and property owners. Haumly makes reasonable efforts to verify listing accuracy but cannot guarantee all information is current or correct. Prices, availability, and property details may change without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Haumly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, or for any property transactions facilitated through the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
Haumly reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
