Agent Verification
Every agent on Haumly is manually verified. We check their national ID, professional credentials, and property ownership rights before they can list. Verified agents display a blue checkmark on their profile. Agents who violate our policies are suspended immediately.
Price Transparency
We display the actual asking price for every property. No hidden fees, no artificial inflation. When a price changes, we record the history so you can see market trends in any neighborhood. Commission rates are clearly stated upfront.
Listing Accuracy
Our team spot-checks listings regularly. If you find inaccurate information, use the 'Report' button on any listing. We investigate all reports within 48 hours and correct or remove inaccurate listings. Repeat offenders lose their listing privileges.
Property Ownership
We verify property ownership documentation before listings go live. This includes land titles, sale agreements, and authorisation letters. Properties without proper documentation are not accepted on our platform.
Fair Market Practices
Haumly does not accept payments from agents to boost their visibility. Search results are ranked by relevance and verification status, never by who pays more. We believe trust is earned, not bought.
Conflict of Interest
Haumly does not own, sell, or invest in any properties listed on our platform. We operate solely as a marketplace, ensuring zero conflicts of interest between our platform and the properties you browse.
Market Data Integrity
Neighborhood statistics, average prices, and market trends displayed on Haumly are calculated from verified transactions and listings. We never fabricate or manipulate data to influence buyer or seller decisions.
Reporting & Accountability
If you suspect fraud, misleading information, or unprofessional conduct, report it through any listing or agent profile page. Every report is reviewed by a human within 48 hours. We publish a quarterly transparency report summarising actions taken.
